Working in close collaboration with Becker Custom Builders, Truly Handy LLC, and Bonita Makers, I led the design and technical engineering for this sophisticated residential built-in project. The scope demanded a seamless blend of high-end materiality and precision functionality, tailored precisely to the client’s vision.
A primary challenge of this project was the intricate engineering required for the integrated wine chiller unit. To elevate the display, I designed custom pivot glass doors and integrated striking brass metal shelving, balancing delicate architectural lines with structural integrity.
In the adjacent bar area, the design focuses on rich textures and curated details. Featuring deep stained wood accented by a modern slatted backdrop, the unit is completed with open shelving and custom brass brackets. The result is a highly functional, character-rich entertaining space that bridges timeless craftsmanship with modern luxury.
